ketudan DQNネームは親の悪趣味とか不真面目の問題だとされがちだが、実は能力の問題。だから「真面目につけましょう」とか「子供が苦労します」とか言ってももう解決しない。欧米人の漢字刺青だって当人達はふざけてない。

ああ、そうか。外人がトンデモ漢字入れ墨をしてしまうのは、彼らが漢字や日本語を知らないからだ。

それと同じく、DQNネームを付けてしまう人達も、まともな名前の付け方を知らないのだろう。普通の名前を付けたり、漢字の意味や成り立ち、古典や偉人の名前を参考にしたり、といった「常識」や「教養」や、5年後や50年後の子供の人生を想像する「想像力」に欠けているのだ。実際、趣味もちょっと悪いけど、まじめに考えてこれなのだ。
